Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I consider PayPal online banking. I pay my webhosting, my eBay bill, and several other online bills through PayPal, or through my PP debit card. I do have the money market option, which is currently paying 2.9% 7-day yield which, last time I looked, is phenomenal. I'll be one to say I've had nothing but good experiences. 3500+ payments received to date. My Brick and Mortar bank, on the other hand... Security is good, but my wife recently flubbed their 3-tries and you're locked password policy, and it took me 4 days to get back into my online banking account. Closed weekends, no 24 hour support, and no 'lost password' routine. I like PP. I get their 1.5% cash back on my debit card, which added up to several thousand dollars last year. It's not my livelyhood account, though. Generally speaking, you should never keep all the eggs in one basket. classicn Original of the message was taken from http://www.auctionbytes.com/forum/phpBB/ Previous Post: Please stop rambling.
