However there are currently 9.3 million other reasons that apparently more than just a few have had problems with paypal and if you look at ebay's own pp boards it is the norm day in and day out. The suit ebay cited is NOT over. PayPal USERS appealed the 9.3 settlement. There are some people that feel that the settlement is too light. To easy on PayPal and they submitted appeals saying such. I know that in the EU and the UK they are being regulated by the authorities but was not aware it was happening in the USA I think you should go tell all those people (more than just a few), who have been negatively effected, that it is their fault.
