Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: here's what you do... work out all your other body parts(chest, back, shoulders, legs) and your arms will grow! if you already have an arms day, or are working out say...chest/tri, back/bi...DONT! for a while anyway! wait like 2 months, see if its helping, then you can throw arms back in! say for chest day, just do 1 tricep exercise(close-grip bench) or just 1 bicep exercise on back day... you could definitly be overtraining them...you can put quite the strain on those muscles during your other exercises!
