Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: No offense, but you need to do more research before giving out bad advice. 1. Triceps DON'T grow faster because they are made up of 3 muscles. If that was the case, my quads (meaning 4) would be as big as Ronnie's. 2. You CAN hit the arms with heavy weight, it is just that "heavy weight" is a relative term. What is heavy for you may be very light for me. 3. Compond lifts indirectly work the bi's and tri's. Isolation routines are used to work bi's and tri's only. 4. The type of exercises needed to make them grow depends on how much fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fiber one has....which is controlled by genetics. As a matter of fact, this includes ALL muscles of the body. 5. The guy is only 16....he simply needs time is all. Like I said, no disrespect, but I am constantly amazed as some of the trash advice I read on this site.
