In my short time here I have seen this topic come up a LOT. It always ends up in an argument, with one side of the camp stating that rep ranges won't do anything to tone you up and the other side stating that it will.

Personally I think getting cut up has way more to do with diet then rep ranges. Your better off continuing with your current routine and just altering your diet.

I also think that the only way high rep ranges may make you get more cut is because it ends up becoming a cardio session as opposed to strength training, which is what weights should be all about.
