Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Try carrying the bar lower on your back. The bar didn't look like it was in line with your hips throughout the lift. Also dont start with your elbows flared so far back during the lift you drove them through on the ascent. Start them more forward so you dont have to pull them so far forward.(hope you understand hard to explain) I recommend low box squats to learn the technique. The depth looked alright on most of them. The knees didnt look too bad either. Do some weighted ab work to strengthen your core. Also I recommend that you loosen your belt on your lighter sets and focus on pushing your belly out against the loose belt. The stronger the gut the better!
