Mateo66- I know I need to rest it lower, but I am resting it on those moscles right there. It just seems that if I go any lower it will fall down and break my arms... any tips? And a few things, my knees have a tendency to want to pull inwards (you cant see this on the film) and they kind of wobble. Would some sumo deads help remedy this? Maybe the adductor/abductor hip(vagina) machine thing? Thanks all.
