Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: When you are setting the bar on your back, take a few more seconds to find the "groove" and really set the bar in there. Also, I like taking a death grip on the bar. I find this really helps overcome that fear of the bar moving, plus it helps you stay tight for the entire movement. Overall, you need to work on strengthening your lower back and abs cus you are coming too far foward on the ascent. I would do some GMs for assistance and heavy abs work.
