Going down and up to about 1/4 squat position, it is all on my heels, but then I subconsiencly(sp?) try to be cool and sort of explode onto my toes. I need to stop doing tha And about the belt- yeah I know, but I only used it for 315x5 (current 5rep PR=330, and 315 was last weeks) and 350x3, whih I think would be acceptabl And to be honest at this point I am training to get stronger for sports, not really powerlifting (thought that may be in my future).
