Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Yeah, I don't agree. He's falling forward at the bottom of the squat, and he's unable to maintain his arch when coming back up. His lower back clearly needs some work. He's also not sitting back enough. Box squats will certainly help, but I think he's avoiding sitting back into the squat because his hams and ass are weak relative to his quads, and he can lift more weight by sitting down more, letting his knees come forward a bit, and shifting the focus to his quads. Weak low back, weak hamstrings, weak glutes = he should add in some good mornings. Just my $0.02.
