Squat Jerk is a full squat, power/push is partial, split well it's split.

As for which being easier, that varies on the person.

With Behind the Neck Jerks you can jerk more than the front.

You will be able to jerk more because you are using more of a leg drive and your also pushing yourself underneath the bar.
