Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Lol, yeah I'm familiar with Mark Rippetoe's routine and Bill Starrs, don't have their books though... I was planning on buying them, guess I;m more in the dark considering oly lifting then. I will buy the Weightlifting Encyclopedia, I really need to know more about the oly lifts and such... Edit; Do you guys know where I can find a simple/basic beginner routine for people who want to do olympic lifting (kind of what Mark Rippetoe's routine is for powerlifting I guess)? Original of the message was taken from http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ Previous Post: I would also recommend Starting Strength. Next Post: As for Olympic Weightlifting material. |
