It's hard to give out a generic olympic lifting program due to possible beginner deficiencies.

Practice the movements with an empty bar to help groove nueromuscular patterns and to see what are your weak areas.

I remember a while Gary Valentine had a routine posted the was a good starting strength type thing for olympic lifting, I'll see if I can find it.
