Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Thanks for the advice! I think i'll try 3x per week on squats at first because i'm starting out with a lighter weight and as i progress knock it down to twice a week. I'm going to also drink the gallon of milk a day (keeping it all down might be another story) I'm going to take 1-2 weeks off from training to get prepared for it. I might put my progress in the training journal. 320x20 is my goal!
