It's hard to do (I still do what you do on heavier weights), but you need to focus on dipping under, not spreading your legs. Also, it looks like you are using a lot of upper as opposed to normal. I would push your ass out a little further. I can't tell from the video, but your shoulder should be sligtly INFRONT (ie-more towards your feet) of the bar. And keep a tight arc. Do this, explode forward with your hips, dip, and whip those elbows as fast as you can and you are in business.
