Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: yeah I tend to agree with OLP.... there's no good reason I shouldn't be progressing I think my form is what's setting the limitation. I know I can create enough momentum to get the bar up... but it takes to long for me to get under it the way I do it... I think. I'll play around with some lighter weights next week and see what happens with a squat.
