Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I guess, indirectly, that's another good point. I wont improve too much on the cleans until I make more of a commitment to them. I do cleans once a week and that's it... I don't do much shrugging... my rowing is limited as I have a bad back... and my legs are getting too big (not being arrogant or whatever - they are stupid and grow like weeds) so I don't do much extra squatting. for those in the know... what kinds of weight do the guys lift in competitions? I'm all done football and want something to train for and Ultimate Fighting is so overdone thanks again gentlemen. B.
