I used to squat upwards of 500lbs... but I just found my legs grew too much. I can throw on four plates and rep about five or six at any given time. I'm not saying that I'm going to ignore them, but I think that technique holds me back far more than actual (lack of) strength. As for the guys who say my elbows aren't high enough that's a flexibility issue. Even without weight I can't make my shoulders do what most people can.. they just don't go. And when I front squat I have to do it with my arms crossed in front of me..... just the limitations of my body.
