Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I range from 175-180 lbs. and im 19 I dont work legs much so weight may be lost there....I just picked up a squat rack for the winter, summer I do more cardio and party alot. My legs arent too small and they are in great shape. No supplements I try and eat alot of chicken and rice, salads, citrusy foods, steaks, pork, all clean food. I run about 3-4 miles a day on the track, when I run I jog the turns and sprint the straight-aways. I do alot of reps at about 3/4 of my max. At the moment I have been benching 240lbs 4x10 I attribute my success to my discipline both eating and working out.
