Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Unlike some posts like this, it does sound like you are eating decently, but as hard as it might be to believe, you will just have to eat more! I also agree with the large compound lifts comment. I think if you haven't alread, you should start doing these - particularly squats and deadlifts. Also, if most of your food is healthy, I wouldn't worry about adding some 'desert' - ice cream, chocolate, whatever you have a sweet tooth for. Personally I'd go for that (just make sure no trans fats) over a weight gainer shake. Even some good quality cheesecake or something.
