You can cook with it, so I've been using it in my tilapia. I think tilapia is the most vile fish out there, but coconut oil makes it taste great. I don't even like coconuts. But yeah, just hide it it something you'd cook. Man, this is so going to sound disgusting, but I also had it on my egg whites. It was yummerific!!
