Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: You're 15 and by your stats you're thin as heck. You didn't say whether or not you workout either, but if you just want to reduce belly fat with your stats, you can either do cardio along with a balanced diet, or....lift weights to burn fat. I would not hesitate to choose the latter with your stats. At your height you can easily put on some muscle/mass. Lifting heavy weight is a good way to burn calories too. You diet, as you listed it, is incomplete for me to make any relevant advice. I can tell you that corn isn't your best bet as a veggie, nor "low fat" mayo. Also, if you're doing cardio everyday for 40mins it may be too much, as your body can stop buring fat. Join a place like Fitday.com or Nutritiondata.com (both FREE) to track your caloric intake.
