Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Thanks guys for the compliments. I am doing things a little differently than i have in the past. I am doing 45 min of cardio in the morning and starting this week, 30 minutes at night after I work out. I might increase both of them a little but it just depends on how I start to look after a couple weeks. I am also planning on keeping my calories pretty high as opposed to reducing them a little each week. I will put progress pics up every couple of weeks and then once the show is done i will put contest pics up.
