5'9" - 192 lbs in those pics

Started dieting 7 weeks before my first show that was on june 3rd, so however long that is.

This is where it gets interesting, 183lbs starting the diet @7%bf, 181 @3.5-4% June 3 competed at 175lbs (dropped a lot of water, came in flat and stringy) June 8th competed at 180 (still flat, cut water too soon), Massive refeed for the week following the show, weight skyrocketed but bf stayed the same, (water weight). Couldn't get my weight down after that so i competed at 192. Don't ask me to explain how i put on that much weight on a competition diet, im just as baffled as you and so is my wife/nutritionist. I've learned to stop asking and just accept it lol

Cmamath - those sound like excellent ideas, i will run them by my nutritionist and see what she thinks, seeing as though she knows way more about that stuff than i do.
