Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Not sure if the pics show it, but the lightweight winner was shredded as well. He had close to the conditioning of Raf but his lower body could have used some more detail. As for the size, the lightweight winner was shredded but very skinny weighing only 144 lbs. at 5'8" or so. The light heavy and heavyweight winner just didn't stand a chance. They almost looked fat up there compared to Raf. The pics don't do justice for how chiseled this guy showed up. It was incredible.
