Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: My last training ( depletion training upper body ) is tomorrow. I feel extremely weak and it's getting even hard to go to the gym I feel dizzy! My worry is that i don't look that flat even if i lost a bit of definition and vascularity . May be i'm not training enough to deplete: i've been with no starchy carbs at all since saturday.But i really am very weak and i do my best. What can be a sign that something is going wrong?
