Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: My report..... i've been runnin in the morning-on empty stomach-20min,and again at night for 10min....this has proven to be something that is working for me...the weight combine with the low carb keto diet just seems to speed things up.....i went from 315lbs-as of thursday morning drummmmmmmmm rolllllllllllll please........299.....needless to say im very excited........
