Ok...after careful consideration, I think I decided Keto isn't quite what I want. I see the benifits of it and if people can stick to it, more power to 'em. But I have a total inability to eat so much. I think I'm going to go back to low fat, moderate carbs and high protein. I lift pretty heavy in the gym and do a moderate cardio workout, so I think that'll be ok. I'm at 275 now which is 3.5 lbs down from last week. I'm going to do a 1500 (or so) calorie diet, which I know some will say is too low, but honestly it would take a lot of fighting with my body to take in more food than that.

Suggestions, comments?
