Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I'm not sure what my lean body mass is, my ratios will be 60% protein, 30% carbs and 10% fats. This worked pretty well for me in the past. I lost fat and didn't lose any (or much) muscle mass. And this was while just walking and not weight training. On the same diet, I've gained mass in my chest and arms while losing fat.
