hey ron glad to already see a follow up on my post thnks,
ok my goals to get down to 160 by the summer but still remain lifting as usual but add more cardio actually weighed my self this morning and weigh at 186 so i think i mite stop weighing my self every day and jus stick to with ron told me with once a week and its gonna be a monday bc i hate mondays so i keep ya followed up and postif i can help any1 and thnks for the support
