Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Thanks for the information, Ron. I don't think we've got FibreOne in England, but I'll keep an eye out for it. My only problem is splitting my meals up a bit, so that's the next step really. Just need stuff which I can take to work without having to cook it, so protein shakes seem like the most simple option. Maybe tins of tuna as well. I also need a book with the nutritional information of all foods so I can work out precisely what I'm eating, cos it's a bit makeshift at the moment.
