Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Gaah you only listen to "niceguy-metal" :-D Noone that likes the "real" stuff like: Emperor(1 word : Everything), Mayhem (the oldschool cds for example "De mysteriis Dom Sathanas") Satyricon (Nemesis Divina and Volcano is just excellent albums) Morbid Angel (Classic, true, insanly good Death metal <3 Mainly the "Altars of Madness" Album) Other great band but a little "nicer" is Dimmu Borgir (Mainly their mid albums Puritanical.... and Darkness ent..) Opeth (Blackwater park and forth, needless to say But the older albums is still good) Children of Bodom (well everything sounds the same so all is good xD) More odd bands that really rule is: Die Apolalyptischen Reiter (Crossover Death metal thinge, very odd and really cool mixture of all imaginable genres of music) Ayreon (Nice Progressive metal witch experiments alot, and everyone likes experiments ) And offcourse the basic niceguy bands that everyone like Dreamtheater (Octavarium, Images and Words, Metropolis pt. 2) System of a Down (Mainly the older albums, new is to "nice" ;-) ) In Flames (Colony and Clayman) Blind Guardian (to a certain degree, the chorus gay thingies can get to me sometimes ^^) Offcourse there are so many other good bands, but I cannot mention them all :lol: Original of the message was taken from http://www.stoptazmo.com/ Previous Post: I'm a steve vai and that sort of metal fan.
