It only has 8 grams of fat I believe, which is not fatty at all. Just fit it into your overall caloric and fat needs. I get the feeling that ppl don't count calories from supplements as part of their total calories because if they did, folks wouldn't be saying things like this Also, BTW, to the o.p. GAKIC and Leukic are overpriced but if you are in powerlifting or any sport that requires explosive power and endurance then these supplements are for you. Leukic aids in recovery while Gakic enhances muscular endurance and strength. I think they are overrated for bodybuilding (except Leukic...that's just ridiculously overpriced but still good for bodybuilding) but if you are playing football then they can serve you well.
