I also told him I was giving him one last chance to come clean with me, and he tells me to chill out, its on its way! Like I said earlier, hes a cronic liar and he is almost believable. Thats why I was holding off contacting Postal Inspectors. I was thinking " just maybe it got crossed in the mail stream. That is why I started this post to see if it was just me, who never got his stuff. Like you said, $20 here, $50 there, it all adds up. And I can't beleive someone would actually do this when they ACTUALLY supply a physical address to send money to. Not a post office box . Hes left a trail to follow, along with the cashed checks. How stupid! I even copied all my emails to and from him, just in case. So I encourage all of you others do the same for proof. I told him it was his choice to send my money back or answer to others, because he wasn't stealing my $50.
