Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: i'm 28 and i workout 4-5 days. my routines are: day 1. chest and triceps day 2. shoulder and legs day 3. back and biceps day 4. repeat day 1 day 5. cardio in the morning then day 2 in the afternoon. this is mostly my routines, though i try to make variations and interchange daily exercises. today here is my diet that i logged on fitday.
