Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Yes it’s best to wait at least 45 min to an hour to work out. Also if you haven’t eaten before you work out I suggest you do, and wait 2 hours for your food to process and then take the shake. I ate and took the shake on top of it and it did nothing.
