Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I tried Spike yesterday before I worked out. I didn't begin to feel any affects until about 45 minutes after taking the 2 pills. I also felt like I had taken some cold medicine. Instead of an energy rush I felt tired and in no mood to workout. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
