But recently @ vitaminshoppe they had a table full of 1/2 price items due to the expiration dates. I noticed this topical cream that came with pills also, which was 90$ reg. price down to 42$. Something that pricey has to have SOME benefits I said. So I got one and started using it the same day. I already have a hard, heavy and vigorous ab workout combined with heavy cardio and strict high protein/ med-low carb diet. My goal is to have a 8 pack by x-mas. Thats my gift to myself! Plus if my deadline is x-mas, I should be more than able to reach it by next summer. Anyway, I really can tell a difference from before I started the topical gel. It's not intended to give u six pack. Its basically supposed to make the fat in the area applied more burnable I guess u can say. But hey, I'll never know if its a good standalone product, since I would never rely solely on that anyway.
