question: WHICH qty of BCAA per day or per bodyweight and when ?
to be REALLY efficient. and it does require B6 vit to better absorption.

i 'd day 20-30caps per workout day !
5before, 5during training, 10right after workout.

and 1gr per kg of bodyweight (more than that we can't absorb unless we use roids !!)
