Bleh, i ended up staying up till 9 am...then sleepin till 3 pm.. But today i decided id run, which i havent done so in about a week and a half and I must say WOW @ how much one week put me back
I was practicaly out of breathe and on the brink of weezing after 20 minutes of straight 20 minute cardio. The cardio was a switch up though, compared to me only doing HIIT.. so maybe that was a factor, unless Im really just outta shape now
Meals've been good.. havent really had a cheat meal yet..besides these two small little fudge bar thingies.. they're like a rectangle.. 4 inches long and 2 inches wide.
