Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: w00t we finally got my 7 foot bar to my moms!! so guess what that meant? :] i got to lift at my max eysterday whoooo, god damn did it feel good maxing on dead lifting.. geez i used to dread deadlifting because it was so easy & boring and now its the total opposite. anyways, im not sure if i went my max on benching because i had no one to spot me , but i could only manage 5 reps each set, and my last rep i struggled my ass off lol. so i hope that was good 'nuff. also.. i aint too sure of how much the bar itself weighs, im guessing 45? its an olympic sized one so i suppose 45 lbs. well my workout last night was as followed: incline bench press - 3x5 (75 lbs+bar= 120 lbs?) bench press - 3x5 (75 lbs+bar) close grip bench press - 3x5 (75 lbs+bar) military press - 3x10 (70 lbs i think) deadlift - 1x10@85+bar, 1x8@90+bar, 2x5@110+bar yess i finally felt the workout this time LOL, im looking forward to deadlifting more and more now since its so fun and ___ (i cant think of the damn word =/ ) My PWO meal was eh but i plan on gettin supplements today or tomorrow. PWO Meal - 1 can tuna 1 banana 1/2 cup oats my mom said if shes got the car tonight shes gonna see if she can run me up to GNC@ the mall, but im hopin their prices and quanity/quality is as cheap as bodybuilding.com's store! :[ probly not but..*shrugs*... im hopin they atleast got ON 100% whey or DE's.. and maybe some creatine.. chances are, is that their prices are gonna be sky rocketted right? lol. anywho, ive felt really tired since my workout and I think i messed up.. i woke up at 8 am this morning, had my breakfast and i took a nap till 11:30 lol. hope all of that didnt magically poof and turn to fat.. it was a balanced meal i beleive, about 60g carbs, 40g protein, 10g fat. la di di da..
