Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: alright just got back from gnc and i cant type up too much cuz i gotta go. ill get more indepth later on if i can remember lol well, i got 6 lbs of whey for $40, and creatine monohydrate for $20 i believe, which was 1000g. it was 50% off or some shit plus i gotta GNC membership card, so that cut off more money anywho.. my total came to $68. all in all im happy cuz i got 94 servings of whey, and 1000g of creatine monohydrate now im told i gotta take 5g 4 times daily, for 5-7 days, then do the normal dosage which's 5g. whoo. and im out.
