stupid ass quick reply wouldnt work this morning..i hate my moms computer
well, i didnt do my lifting in THAT specefic order.. i did it as followed
bent over row
bicep curl
upright row
hack squat
so.. i should do them opposite of how ive been doin them? like.. squats, bent over rows, bicep curls, uprights
Anywho.. im workin again tomorrow i think, so hopefully another $20-40 in my pocket and ive got 35.. so maybe ill get some more whey/creatine off BB.COM THIS TIMEEE, or just buy madden 07 eh? lol
today was a rest day as y'see, didnt run or anything.. jsut chilled i guess. i plan on doing another bicep workout tomorrow since i cant get at my bench and my olympic set cuz its at my moms and im at my dads.
would that mess me up as in my arms not gettin enough rest or am i perfectly fine? i plan on doin bicep curls, bent over rows, dead lifts, and some military presses.. but if no.. just say.. no.
