Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Bleh i forgot to check this out when I woke up.. I ended up not working. I woke up at 6, only getting 4 hours of sleep.. I had my breakfast which was like 500 cals.. waited for the dude..he didnt show up.. so I crawl back in bed and just wait to see if he shows up but he didnt. My mom calls and said he doesnt need me to work today.. im like Wtf.. So i went back to sleep after having 2 cups of fat free milk & 1 tbsp. Woke up at around 12.. pissed me off because my sleeping schedule was shot to hell Well.. i kinda already finished my workout =X it was made up of in the following order Deadlift, Bent over rows, Bicep curls, Military pushes I took 40g whey+52g dextrose as a PWO. *Shrugs* i felt good during the workout, and i'm hoping ill grow grow grow and that this creatine will kick in by atleast tuesday.
