I'm working out today. My goals are:

300 X 6 on smith inclines.
105 X 5 on db shoulder presses
perfect form on deadlifts at 145.

Don't laugh, but I'm adding Tae Bo to my exercise regimen.

For this week, I'm shooting for under 2000 cals a day. This is about half maintenence. I need a week of intense hunger to strengthen my resolve, then I can begin a more reasonable diet. Ectomorphs may not understand hunger, but this feeling sucks and I'm glad you're spared feeling it
