One arm row: 115 db (really deep, really slow) X 9, then for 6. Then 95 X 8 Reverse leg press: 405 X 15, 450 X 15 Smith inclines: 300 X 5, 275 X 8 (last 2 with some help) One-sided butterflies: 200 (superslow) X 10, 270 (slow) X 8. That last one is the whole stack plus two 35 pound plates. So I double-maxed the machine plus 70 pounds. Hell yeah! Db inclines: 60s X 14, 55s X 12 Db shoulder press: 95s X 10, 80s X 8. Tried 105s again. There were no spotters big enough to hand me up the weights. Ever try that trick where you have the dbs on your knees and you kick them up? Yeah, too much weight for that. Shrugs: 280 X 15, 280 X 15. Henry Rollins neck, here I come! Close grip smith bench presses: 225 X 8. One arm tricep extension: 150 (fast) X 20. I wasn't even going to do this lift, but I had White Zombie playing and got inspired. Incline db curl: 35s X 10. CARDIO CRAP: Elliptical for 15 minutes. pulse 150 - 170 bpm.
