Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: So i kinda disappeared for a while. In the end, my back was killing me the day after every workout wayy to much. I had to take a couple weeks off to let it fully recover. Just finished writing the MCAT yesterday. If there is one thing I couldnt have, it was a messed up back for that test. Sitting in a chair from 8-6 writing a test would have killed me. I also used the time off, to switch up my home gym setup. Sold some of my machine equipment, and am not entirely free weights. So today were back in the game...Starting from scratch...again. This time I mean business :P Squat 55x3x5 deadlift 85x1x5 Bench 55x3x5 Yawn...On everything. I didnt even think of my back during the workout. Makes me feel a lot better. In the end I did some bench dips (dont have a dip station yet). And some extra RC work.
