last night did chest. workout is as follows. Flat dumbell presses Warmup set 100lb x 12 followed by four working sets of 125lb x 6. next i hopped on the incline and did four working sets of 100lb x 8. i followed this by going on the hammer strength wide grip chest machine for 4 sts with 3 plates on each side for 10 reps each set. next was incline db flys for 3 sts and then i started feeling shoulder pain. so i finished with a superset of pec dec machine superset with pushups for 3 sets. this morning did 30 min of cardio on treadmill. its back tonight
