last night hit the gym around 830 and did back. Started of with weighted pullups(wide) bw+45 btw i currently weight 230. i did a target rep of 30 and it took me 7 sets to complete next i did t bar rows with a barbell for 4 sets loaded on one end and used a vgrip handle to perform these. Next was 4 sts of close grip pulldowns with a vgrip handle followed by the hammerstrength row machine for 4 sts back was pretty pumped. i then proceeded to do the hammer strength front lat pulldown for 4 sts and finished my workout with some weighted hyperextensions. I was pretty exhausted after this workout but back is one of my favorite days. this morning i did 30 minutes on the treadmill and i am starting to be able to see my top 4 ab muscles come in. tonight will be shoulders and traps.
