Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: I never thought I would ever hire a personal trainer, but DAMN I wish I would have found out about Derek sooner. At first when he sent him my work out I was like, "This work out doesn't seem like all that." Well today I began my 2nd week of the routine (the first week I only followed the diet) and I can honestly say I am growing! My body is started to look like some of the bodies I use to admire! LOL.
